Harish Parab

Founder | Mentor | Program Developer

Harish Parab brings over 30 years of coaching excellence to TheGymnast, with a legacy of training athletes from the grassroots to national and international stages. As a mentor and program designer, he’s known for developing training systems that focus not just on skills, but on shaping resilient, confident athletes.

He has led Maharashtra to historic victories, including the state’s first-ever Team Gold at the National Games. Recognized with the prestigious Shiv Chhatrapati Award, Harish Sir is also a mentor to coaches across the country, emphasizing safe progressions, athlete well-being, and performance with purpose.

At TheGymnast, he continues to inspire athletes and coaches alike with a simple goal: to help every gymnast reach their full potential.

Vandita Raval

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Head Coach

Vandita Raval is a former international gymnast turned coach, bringing both elite competitive experience and a deep passion for teaching to the gym floor. As the first gymnast from Mumbai and Maharashtra to represent India at the World Championships in Belgium (2013), she knows what it takes to excel on the global stage—and now helps young gymnasts aim for the same.

She has led Maharashtra’s junior team to Gold Medal victories at national championships and is a recipient of the Shiv Chhatrapati Award for Best Gymnast of the Year. Vandita’s coaching blends precision, positivity, and performance, inspiring athletes to push boundaries while enjoying their journey.

Swapna Parab

Asst. Coach | FIG Level 1 Coach | National Judge

Swapna Parab brings over 15 years of coaching experience to TheGymnast, specializing in training young gymnasts at both foundational and advanced levels. A certified FIG Level 1 coach and a National-level judge, she has been instrumental in nurturing gymnasts who have competed at state and national competitions.

Her coaching style is rooted in discipline, consistency, and care ensuring every child learns with confidence and grows with the right technique. Swapna has led training at some of Mumbai’s top institutions including clubs and international Schools.
