Toddlers


Age group 2 – 4 years

Toddlers gymnastics is a fun and interactive way for young children to develop their gross motor skills. Activities such as jumping, climbing, walking, and balancing all help to improve coordination, strength, and overall physical confidence. In addition to the physical benefits, toddler gymnastics also promotes socialization and cognitive development through the use of games and other interactive activities.

Foundation


Age group 4 – 6 years

At foundation levels, kids start working towards Gymnastics specific strength and flexibility, while keeping the fun and playfulness of the sport alive. Our aim is to train young gymnasts holistically, building their physical abilities while also honing their skills in a playful and recreational environment. Through carefully designed games and exercises, we engage our young gymnasts in activities that boost their speed, agility, and overall flexibility, preparing them for the more advanced levels of the sport. Our expert trainers ensure that they receive the highest level of attention and guidance, helping them develop a strong foundation that they can build upon in the future.

To achieve your goals as a gymnast, it is important to start with the Fundamentals group, which includes Level 1 and Level 2. This foundational training is crucial for developing the skills necessary to excel in more advanced maneuvers. This group is available to gymnasts who are 6 years of age and older. By starting with the basics and building a strong foundation, young gymnasts can increase their chances of success in future.

Fundamentals


Age group 6 years and above

The Fundamentals level of gymnastics training is focused on developing fundamental skills and introducing athletes to various apparatus, such as bars, beams, and vaults. Through this level, athletes will learn basic techniques and movements specific to gymnastics, such as cartwheels, handstands, and Walkovers. Emphasis is also placed on body awareness, strength, and flexibility to develop a strong foundation for future skill development. This level provides an essential building block for aspiring gymnasts to advance their skills and pursue higher levels of competition.

Category A


Age group 8 years and above

In Category A, students are introduced to new skills that involve working under and above the bars, tumbling skills like Back and Front handsprings, strength-specific skills, and routine choreography. The aim is to build confidence and help students develop their performing abilities. By this stage, students start to feel more comfortable and confident when it comes to performing, and they will be able to execute more complex skills with greater ease. Overall, level 3-4 represents an important step on the path towards mastery for young gymnasts.

Age group 10 years and above

Category B is a crucial step towards mastering advanced moves such as twisting, salto, and giant swings. It is the phase where you will begin to gain a greater awareness of your body in the air and develop a more comprehensive understanding of the mechanics of the various skills. Through intensive training and consistent practice, you will learn to fly higher and execute complex skills with precision and grace. With dedication and focus, you will soon gain the confidence and skills necessary to perform stunning skills and routines that will amaze and inspire.

Category C


Age group 12 years and above

Category C presents the opportunity to develop both teamwork and individual goal-setting abilities while also advancing to more demanding gymnastics skills. This level marks the threshold for gymnasts to excel and become elite. With perseverance and dedication, gymnasts in Category C can unlock their full potential and earn the title of an extraordinary athlete. As they work through challenging routines and techniques, they learn valuable skills that translate beyond the gym, such as time management, focus, determination, and resilience. Category C lays the groundwork for future success in gymnastics and beyond.

Gymnastics for Adults


Age group 18 years and above

Our Special Adult Gymnastics program is perfect for individuals of any age who are interested in learning gymnastics skills that can be utilized in various fields such as dance, acting, stunts, parkour, martial arts, commercials, and films. This program provides a unique opportunity for participants to enhance their physical abilities and gain a competitive edge in their desired field.

This program focuses on enhancing multiple aspects of physical fitness including strength, stamina, flexibility, speed, endurance, coordination, and gymnastics skills such as handstands, cartwheels, Aerial cartwheels, round-offs, back flips, back salto, front salto, and hand-springs. Through dedicated training, participants can expect to improve their overall physical prowess and achieve new levels of athleticism.

How can I Enroll my kid ?

Our program requires a small test of exercises to assess your child’s current level, and our coach will provide personalized advice based on the results. Whether your child is a beginner or has prior experience, our program can cater to their needs. We understand that each child is unique, and our goal is to create a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

What Age group do you cover in your Programs?

Our gymnastics program offers classes for all ages starting from 2 years old up to adults. Our program aims to promote gymnastics as a lifelong sport and encourage our students to reach their full potential. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced gymnast, our program has something for everyone.

When will my child start to take part in competitions?

Our gym offers level-wise yearly competitions for our gymnasts to participate in, with the majority taking part. We also provide half-yearly and yearly test reports to help parents track their child’s progress. Once a gymnast has achieved a Platinum level in our competition, we recommend they consider participating in federation competitions.
